1. The service
Panludia Discord applications provide community, project, notification, moderation and account-linking features connected to Panludia. Individual bots may expose only part of this functionality and may change while they are being tested.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use a bot to harass others, distribute unlawful content, automate abuse, evade moderation, probe protected systems, overload the service or interfere with another user, server or application.
3. Discord and third-party services
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and policies. Panludia is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Archipelago, Valve, Pocketpair or the publishers of supported games.
4. Availability and changes
The bots are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may be corrected, limited, replaced or withdrawn to protect users, comply with platform requirements or improve the service.
5. Accounts and enforcement
Access may be restricted when an account or Discord server abuses the service, compromises its security, violates these terms or creates material risk for other users.
6. Responsibility
Use the bots at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Panludia and its sponsor Solvegia are not liable for indirect loss, lost game progress, missed notifications, Discord moderation decisions or interruptions outside their reasonable control.
7. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means that the new terms apply to future interactions.
