1. Data we process
Depending on the bot and command, this may include Discord application, user, server, channel, role and interaction identifiers; the command or form values you submit; timestamps; permission context; and the result returned by the bot. Linked-role flows also process the Discord identity and OAuth2 token needed to update that connection.
2. Why we process it
Data is used to answer interactions, apply permissions, connect a Discord identity when requested, prevent duplicates and abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain the security and reliability of the bots.
3. Retention
Interaction signatures and OAuth2 access tokens are processed transiently and are not written to application logs. This gateway does not persist linked-role OAuth2 tokens after the requested update. Operational and security logs may be retained for up to 30 days. A specific bot may retain necessary preferences, moderation records or feature state for as long as that feature remains active.
4. Sharing
Panludia does not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, to Discord when performing Discord API actions, when you direct us to do so, or when legally required.
5. Security
Discord interaction signatures are verified before payloads are accepted. Bot credentials are isolated from public application code, communications use HTTPS, request sizes are bounded and sensitive tokens are excluded from logs.
6. Your choices
You can stop using a bot, remove it from a Discord server, revoke its authorization in Discord, or remove a linked role connection. Requests concerning retained Panludia data can be made through the official community spaces.
7. International processing
Discord and infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than your own under their respective safeguards. Panludia is operated from France and sponsored by Solvegia.
8. Children
The service is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use Discord under Discord's minimum-age and local legal requirements.
